Work must be performed in person. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Determine staffing requirements — pricing and credit policies
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Plan, organize and oversee the organization’s logistics operations
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date inventory
• Negotiate with suppliers arrangements for the supply of food and other products
• Make cash deposits and maintain daily records
• Order supplies
• Accept cash payments
